The following questionnaire provides you with a series of questions about thoughts, feelings and behaviours related with gambling games in which money is bet.
If in the last year you have Never experienced or carried out what is described in the question, click on the button in the first column.
If in the last year you have Sometimes experienced or carried out what is described in the question, click on the button in the second column.

1. Do the thoughts of gambling unable you to concentrate at work, or in tasks such as reading, or solving family matters?
2. Do the thoughts of how to find money to gamble unable you to sleep or wake you up during the night?
3. When you gamble, do you commit yourself to keep on playing until you win?
4. When you gamble, do you spend all the money up to the point of being unable to pay for drinks or having to walk back home?
5. Do you gamble more money than you expected to gamble at the beginning?
6. Have you ever tried quitting gambling and been unable to?
7. Have you ever felt anxious or irritated when you cannot gamble?
8. Do you feel irritated if you have to interrupt a gambling session for a professional or familiar obligation?
9. Do you gamble to prove your capacity or skills to other people?
10. Do you gamble to calm you down before dealing with the local council, fiscal authorities, traffic authorities, etc.?
11. Do you think that the only way to solve your economic situation is to have a strike of luck when gambling?
